RETURNS AND REFUNDS
DAMAGED GOODS
We will package your purchased products with care with a view for these to be delivered to you in good condition. However, should you receive damaged goods please take a picture of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
EXCHANGES
We will only replace purchased products should these arrive defective or damaged. Exchanges for different designs or products are not permitted. Should you receive defective or damaged products we will offer to replace the products in accordance with Australian consumer laws, however we do not offer refunds or exchange for a change of mind or circumstances. Should it be determined by us in our absolute discretion that you are eligible for an exchange or refund for defective or damaged products, we will at our discretion either issue a replacement product or provide a refund (such refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment).
