I've placed an order when will it be dispatched?

We are dedicated to shipping your order as soon as possible!

Orders in stock will ship between 1-3 business days with tracking information from Australia Post. If you purchased a MADE TO ORDER item please note that it will ship between 3-7 business days.

SHIPPING PRICES

We ship internationally for a flat fee of AUD$20 to the UK, USA & CAN with Australia Post International Post Standard.

We ship for free to Australia and New Zealand. Express shipping is available within Australia for AUD$9.95

How to apply your wall decals?

Peel the decal from the backing paper and stick it on a flat, light-coloured wall-like plasterboard or drywall (Please note that newly painted walls need 4 weeks to outgas before application).

Reposition the decal until you are happy with the result. Just lift an edge and peel it off, they will remove without damaging the wall or leaving any residue.

Are you moving houses? Take the decals with you! Keep the backing paper so you can stick them back on.

What's your return policy?

DAMAGED GOODS
We will package your purchased products with care with a view for these to be delivered to you in good condition. However, should you receive damaged goods please take a picture of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

EXCHANGES
We will only replace purchased products should these arrive defective or damaged. Exchanges for different designs or products are not permitted. Should you receive defective or damaged products we will offer to replace the products in accordance with Australian consumer laws, however we do not offer refunds or exchange for a change of mind or circumstances. Should it be determined by us in our absolute discretion that you are eligible for an exchange or refund for defective or damaged products, we will at our discretion either issue a replacement product or provide a refund (such refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment). We will endeavour to provide a satisfactory solution should there be any problems, so please contact us at hello@allthispomp.com

What are your wall decals made of?

🐥 Child friendly
Our wall decals are made of a self-adhesive polyester blend fabric with a matte finish, printed with water-based inks. The adhesive is clear, does not smell and won’t harden over time. Our decals won’t damage the wall or leave any residue on removal so they are perfect if you are renting!

🌏 We care about the earth
Our fabric wall decals are plastic free and a great eco-friendly option as they can be reused. At All This Pomp we value the earth we live in, and we believe in ethical, non-toxic products that our children can happily enjoy. That's why we choose high-quality Australian-made materials for our designs.
